You must not obtain not less than a C6 in the following core subjects in the WASSCE;

The cut-off point for B.Sc. midwifery as of 2023 is 11. This programme is very tough and competitive, hence, you need to attain outstanding grades in your WASSCE.
For you to secure admission into the premiere University to read B.Sc. midwifery, you need to work very hard towards your WASSCE, also 2023 applicants aiming to get into this programme should also be aware of the cut-off point stated above.

Can A General Arts Student Apply To Read B.Sc. Midwifery?
NO, a general arts student cannot read a B.Sc. midwifery at the University of Ghana. General Arts students did not take electives in Chemistry, Biology, Elective Mathematics, and Agriculture.
This field is mainly for General Science students who took electives in the subjects above and especially in Biology.
