Kids In Need Foundation partners with BIC®, Post-it®, and Yoobi for Honor Roll

Kids In Need Foundation partners with BIC, Post-it, and Yoobi to create an equitable learning space for children in school.

The three gain companies have merged forces to become the first Honour Roll level sponsors for the organization. Bic produces pens, and Post-it is known for its famous Note whiles Yoobi produces essential erasers. All three products are important classroom materials for effective teaching and learning.

The three joying forces have been welcomed as they will provide under resources schools and teachers with essential TLMs. The Kids In Need Foundation offers a great opportunity as it helps level the playing field to the advantage of underprivileged students.

BIC, Post-it, and Yoobi will donate essential education supplies for schools and kids in the Kids In Need Foundation target for 12 months. This will help the organization to offer valuable and urgent support to teachers and kids in identified underserved schools

Corey Gordon, CEO of Kids In Need Foundation, while reacting to the onboarding of BIC, Post-it, and Yoobi said through the provision of supplies to under-resourced schools, teachers in underserved schools will now use less of their low salaries to buy teaching and learning resources for their learners.

“By providing supplies in under-resourced schools, we are helping to ensure that fewer teachers will have to use their pay cheques to personally finance classroom resources,” Corey Gordon, CEO of Kids In Need is on record to have stated.

CEO Corey Gordon added that the investments of BIC®, Post-it®, and Yoobi in educators and learners will go a long way to inspire other organizations and businesses to offer urgent support to improve teaching and learning in schools under the programme.

The aim of the Kids In Need Foundation is to resource at least 10 million students and at least 500,000 teachers in identified under-resourced schools by the end of 2025.

This bold target demands that more stakeholders join the likes of BIC, Post-it, and Yoobi to provide the needed resources to such school teachers and learners.
