When the school placement results are released, each candidate will check his or her results and make some print out. The forms to be printed out are the platform form and the enrollment form. Let’s take a look at the difference between these two forms.
Placement form
This is a form already filled by GES. It contains the name of the SHS you have been placed. It also shows your BECE aggregate. It also shows the programme you will offer in the school being placed. It is a single page form.
Enrollment form
This is a four -page form. It is form that must be filled by the student. Details of the student must be filled correctly. Portion which entails the head teacher of the previous school(JHS) or a pastor to fill must also be filled before sending it to the SHS for admission. However, the name of the SHS/TVET head teacher must be left blank.

2023 SCHOOL PLACEMENT RESULTS RELEASE DATE.
The school placement results are expected to be related latest by Friday, 24th November, 2023.
According to Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the CSSPS portal is set to go live from Monday, allowing over 570,000 candidates to check the Senior High School they have gained admission to.
GES will post close to 600,000 BECE graduates into Senior High Schools using the 2023 BECE results.
How To Check 2023 BECE Placement Results
1. The first thing to do is to obtain the CSSPS Placement Checker
2. Visit https://cssps.gov.gh/
3. Enter your 10 digits index number to proceed. Example 0309066610 and introduce the year you took the exams. For 2023 BECE graduates, your index number will be followed by 23. Example 030906661023 (making it 12 numbers).
4. Enter your PIN and Serial number in the spaces provided.
5. Finally, check if everything is correct and click submit. Patiently wait for the results of the placement to pup up.
6. If you were successfully placed, print form out the school placement.
Note that, when so many people are trying to access their placement at the same time, the system may slow down or give error feedback. Just be patient and try again. Again, you will have to print at least two documents from the placement portal.
